Upon successful payment, a license key will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account. This key, along with your email, serves as your login credentials to activate premium features in the extension.

Payments are processed through PayPal. We store the PayPal order ID and the email associated with your purchase for verification purposes.

We store your email address and PayPal order ID to facilitate login and verify your purchase. We do not store your full PayPal account information or payment details.

Our service is based on one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased license keys.

You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the extension or website
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your license key to any third party
• Using the extension for any illegal activities or to violate the rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the extension or website
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonating Gradiaflow or its representatives
• Using the extension to collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Modifying, adapting, or hacking the extension or website to falsely imply an association with Gradiaflow
• Using the extension in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Attempting to bypass any measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the service
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the extension

Violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of your license and access to premium features without refund.

All content and functionality of the extension and website are the exclusive property of Gradiaflow.

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
